I sit quietly as my mind races through unexpected regions of my memory, the beauty, the magnificence of the world's most gorgeous creature. Yes, it was a girl, unlike any I have ever seen before. What happened when I sought out the trouble that I knew I was getting myself into, only time will tell, for this story is currently on going, which is why i'm writing this blog now.
I don't believe I am the type of person to have ever done such a thing to a girl before. But I never knew it would escalate this quickly.
The year was 2012, i was going into my first year of University, i was only 19 years old. My brother was the DJ at a night club as a special request from one of his colleagues. I tagged along with him. Little did I know I would end up with anyone that night, but the truth is, I did. My brother's gig was over, and it was the next DJ's turn to perform, we stayed for a couple hours to have some drinks and fun. We were just standing around when suddenly a couple of girls came and grabbed me from where I was standing and just started dancing with me. I did as any other young man would do, I danced along.
We were done dancing, and they went off, through out the rest of the night I kept seeing those same girls, and they kept pulling me into dance with them every time. I didn't mind, I continued to dance and dance, and at some point i began to make out with one of these girls. Short, blonde, blue-green eyes. I guess you could say she reminded me of my first love, which is why I even did it in the first place. But I knew I had to move on. I made out with her throughout the night as we danced. But sooner rather than later, I had to leave. My brother grabbed me to go, but I wanted to ask the girl for her number so I could get in contact with her later. My brother, being the good wing man that he is asked her for her number for me. She put it into my phone and that was it. I left, later that night I had thought to myself why not send her a message, maybe she's still awake or at the club still.
I sent her the message.
"Hi , this is the guy u met at the club.. :)"
A couple hours later I finally get a reply from her, I was excited.
"This is Michael."
I was confused. So I asked 'Michael' if he knew a girl named Sam, i even described her, he didn't reply.
I really wanted this girl, I didn't believe she'd have given me the wrong number, maybe she was drunk I thought? but I guess all these negative thoughts came from my previous experience with girls and how they never like me enough to give me their number.
So I figure I would Facebook this girl. I typed her name up, it took me a while to find her, considering her picture wasn't even her, I had to go through profile photos of 3 different people with the same name to find her. But I found her. I sent her a message saying who i was, and what may have happened if she gave me the wrong number or not, and that I wanted to see her again.
1 week later, I get a reply from her.
"Oh, hi Dante, i'm sorry that was my friend Michael who stole my phone and deleted your message so I couldn't message you. He's protective of me."
I agreed with that explanation because all night there was a guy who was with their group of people telling me not to do certain things to her.
I asked her when we could meet again, she said tonight, we agreed to meet at my place, I was home alone for that weekend. She came the same night. She was drunk. We had sex. I figured it would be a one night stand by the way things went, but to my surprise, we kept meeting over the weeks, and it became a regular thing of me sleeping at her place, or she sleeping at mine. It was months before I even asked her to be my girlfriend, but when I finally did, it took her a while to say yes. She was nervous. But she finally said yes.
It's been 10 months now since we first met, I've never been happier with anyone else. She's my everything now, and I believe that I am hers considering she can't go a day without seeing me. We've had our arguments, we've had our bumps in the road, but I've never been more in love.
The road to happiness is here, and I'm taking my time on it.
One Young Man's Story
a life turned from sadness

The Beginning
It's undeniable that everyone in the world has once been made sad by someone, something, and somewhere, but this story is one that combines all three. One place; One person; One act, these three things have created a sadness in this young man's life that he will never forget, but he will soon find out that it can be forgiven and out of that forgiveness create happiness.
The green wasteland of this land of beauty and splendor stood a small city where few tall buildings lay and only a few thousand people reside. Who would have thought that a midst these people would be a blue-green eyed blond haired beauty that would take our brave young man's life by storm. Rushing into his life, she had stolen his heart, within the first few days of him meeting her he had instantly fallen in love. It was in fact that the second day they had met was the day they kissed for the first time, he held her against the wall of his hallway and she held onto him as their lips touched and their tongues engaged in battle. That moment may have been for our young man's happiness that came to be after a long wait through depression. But little did he know that this was the moment where his sadness was at it's peak.
